This year I’m teaching a new workshop about Edible Invasive Plants… also setting up and teaching from the mushroom display again (over 100 species labeled and organized by edibility), and leading a “Forest to Frypan” foraging walk where we end by cooking up whatever edible mushrooms we find. YUM!<\/p>\n
