Wild Food, Wild Medicine Practicum

Wild edible plants and mushrooms provide nutritious, sustainable, gourmet food all year round. Many of them not only nourish the body but also aid digestion, support the nervous system, and encourage a healthy immune response. Join conservation biologist/forager Sarah Foltz Jordan and herbalist Melissa Borer Hard for this classroom practicum designed to immerse you in the practice of finding nourishment and wellness in the landscape around you. Come away with practical skills, fresh inspiration, and a deeper appreciation for the wild pantry and medicine cabinet right outside your door.
